Mental Health Week

This Mental Health Week the theme is Nature. Although many of us work outside everyday, it is important to spend some time in some green space with more peace and quiet than being on site.

It is important to take a break from our working day, especially we have been working throughout the pandemic. Spending time outside has been proven to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

We have found green space that is near to our sites. This week we encourage you to spend some time outdoors.
