We are very pleased to announce the appointment of two new Directors to the GKR Senior Leadership Team.
Helen Gawor joins us as Business Strategy Director after working with us previously to build our market and commercial strategy.
Her new role will be responsible for achieving our vision of building a high performance working environment that can operate competitively within the construction market to meet future challenges and opportunities.
Her division will be made up of functions that have strategic interdependencies with the operational parts of the business.
These include marketing, business development, human resources and training/development, as well as innovation initiatives.
Peter Cullen is promoted to Health & Safety Director as his team continues to expand.
Peter’s energy and enthusiasm has been instrumental in us not only improving our safety standards, but has also been a huge asset in helping secure new business.
Peter’s team will be growing in January which will enable him to further develop our Health & Safety capabilities, and ensure we continue to set the bar for safety in our industry.
He will also be growing our wellbeing and mental health programmes and will be working closely with the Strategy team to deliver this.
