Three Quays project underway

Works at the Three Quays project near the Royal Mint Court are well underway.

The 3 Quays project is a 9 storey D & B which has residential apartments, retail and restaurant units directly on the waters edge alongside the Tower of London with completion at the end of this year.

Our package is predominately the hoist and high level run offs, our run offs serve the 8th and roof (9th) levels as shown on the photo which is designed for a 5kn/m2 loading on both levels at the same time.
