GKR support client’s training needs
14 March 2013
Bespoke health and safety training is crucial to ensure employees and supply chain are fully competent in delivering their day jobs safely. GKR has recently joined up with one of our biggest clients to make their requisite Scaffolding and PASMA training course more accessible and efficient.
The collaboration comes about due to the current training facilities of the clients becoming unavailable. GKR, who is a preferred supplier for Mace, was approached by their health and safety training team to discuss a new training venue. As a result Mace’s training will now be held at GKR’s Rochester head office, where we have a training school that offers 8,000 square feet of high tech training facilities.
Lee Rowswell commented: “It makes sense for us to join up on our training and be able to offer Mace a safe location for trainees to be able to inspect erect scaffolding. Mace are aiming to put circa 100 trainees through the course this year.”
